BDL Media Supports Open Source Blogging Event In Beijing And Shanghai

ChinaTechNews.com, a service of BDL Media, will be sponsoring this year's open source blogging event in China put on by WordPress, the open source publishing platform.
BDL Media's financial and in-kind provisions will help WordCamp, a conference that focuses squarely on everything WordPress, to promote itself to more users in China. Everyone from casual end users all the way up to core developers attend these events. These events are usually highlighted by speeches or keynotes by various people.
The WordCamp Beijing 2007 was a big hit as many famous bloggers and more than 200 attendees shared their blogging experiences. This year, WordCamp Beijing is renamed as WordCamp China, and will be hosted in two cities in China: Beijing and Shanghai. The founder of WordPress, Matt Mullenweg, will give keynote speeches in both cities. The WordCamp in Beijing will take place on September 20, followed by Shanghai on September 21.
